It has multiple purposes.
Through The Sanctuary, funds will be directed to support those who are still serving their time in prison, and who has no outside support.
The Sanctuary will be there to accept and support those Christians who have qualified for parole and residence.
The Sanctuary will serve as an interim place of preparation for again entering the outside world.
The Sanctuary will provide a number of life skill training programs to a parolee, as well as equipping and establishing him as an entrepreneur.
The Sanctuary will also be a Spiritual sanctuary where he will be supported and led to grow in the knowledge and faith of Jesus Christ.
